Two police cars were having a side by side conversation next to a semi truck on a busy street, resulting in the slowing of three lanes. A motorcyclist confronted them, and he reported an "Officer L", who was driving, as disrespectful.

An unidentified officer saw a pedestrian flip him off and swear at him in his rear view mirror. He immediately turned around to search and taze the man.
